Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive as an SAP Principal architect for Oil and Gas Industry domain. The candidate will:Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications, third-party solutions, and external interfaces within the oil and gas ecosystem.Understanding of related IT and latest Emerging Technologies Identify potential risks and issues during project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.Stay updated on SAP advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the oil & gas sector, and recommend enhancements to optimize SAP solutions and drive business value..
Primary Skill
sThe incumbent will have 16-25 years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong experience in Oil and Gas Industry domain with a strong project track record. 12+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience15+ years of SAP implementation experience with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points & hands on S/4, preferably in the Oil & gas industry or an Oil & gas Client.Candidate should understand SAP solutions for crude oil pipelines and terminals, product pipelines and terminals and natural gas “wellhead-to-market” value chain.Understands non-SAP best of breed application patterns typically integrated with SAP ERP for the same space.Experience in implementing SAP Hydrocarbon Product Management, TSW (Traders and Schedulers Workbench), MAP (Marketing, Accounting and Pricing), TDP (Tariffs, Duties and Permits) a BDRP (Bulk Distribution Requirement Planning) functionality is desirable.Implementation experience in SAP upstream oil and gas modules – JVA, PRA, UOM, etc…Knowledgeable in midstream, refining, marketing, and specialties. Chem industry experience is a plus.Good knowledge of SAP solution framework, industry solution areas.Secondary SkillsFluent in English with strong communication and presentation skillsStrong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO levelMentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.Experience from working with global environments & diverse cultures.Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.Must be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arenaExperience with agile ways of workingProfessional certifications – Any relevant SAP Certification
